Tour Alcohol Costs
1034 guests x $6.05/guest = $6,255.
Why $6.05 per guest?
In 2025, you told me $14,500 was spent on alcohol from the bar on tour guests. We had ~2,400 guests that year, resulting in $6.05 per head.
Total Effective Profits
Bar: $41,507 + $6,255 = $47,762
Tour: $30,554 – $6,255 = $30,554
In other words, Chris produced 61%, while Regev produced 39%.
However, Chris received $43,236 (81.5%) while Regev $10,567 (19.5%).
If each of us were to receive money based on our production:
Chris: $47,773
Regev: $30,543
Chris is missing $4,537. Regev is missing $19,976.
Best Way Forward
As Chris offered:
Regev owns 100% of the ghost tour and 10% of the bar.
Chris owns 90% of the bar.
To keep it as simple as possible:
- Chris can keep Regev’s 10% in the bar as a form of payment, for as long as he manages the ghost tour operation and keeps it running.
- As for the free tour, Regev hosts the sales copy, drives customers, manages ads, maintains the design and copy, improves revenues, and covers all expenses using the booking fees. Chris keeps the Venmos as pure profit.
- Regev’s missing $19,976 is forgotten. Chris won’t charge for alcohol for 3 years.
